Educational Qualifications
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent disciplines.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Technical Engineer, Data Center Engineer, or related position.
Experience working in a 24x7 operational and shift-based environment.
Experience in Data Center operations, monitoring, and incident handling.
Technical Requirements
Good understanding of Data Center operational concepts and best practices.
Basic knowledge of Data Center infrastructure components, including:
IDC Rack
Intelligent Power Distribution Unit (rPDU)
CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioner)
UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)
Genset and power systems
Familiar with Data Hall components, including:
Server Racks
Network Racks
Physical Servers
Network Devices
Cabling and Fiber Connectivity
SFP Modules and related components
Able to identify alarms, abnormalities, and operational risks during routine checks.
Able to understand labels and quickly locate devices, ports, and connections when handling service requests.
Capable of assisting System and Network Engineers in field troubleshooting activities.
Able to perform basic operational activities such as plug-in/plug-out testing, reboot activities, and physical verification under instruction from System and Network Engineers.
Have experience handling data center at banking industry
Must have experience in monitoring tools and operational systems, including:
AS400 (IBM iSeries)
SolarWinds
Elastic Search (ELK) or equivalent log monitoring tools
Soft Skills
Able to understand and communicate in English, both verbal and written (preferred).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Proactive, disciplined, and able to work independently under pressure.

Proposal and strategy to take over operational processes and ensure smooth knowledge transition without operational disruption.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Incident Response Time: ≤ 10 minutes
Escalation Time: ≤ 5 minutes
Resource Availability: 100% as scheduled
Reporting Frequency: Daily and Monthly
