Account Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the hydropower and renewable energy sector
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
• Present hydro turbine products and technical solution to customers
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to meet client requirements
• Handle negotiations and support contract closing processes
• Follow up on tenders, project inquiries, and sales leads
• Conduct client meetings and occasional site visits
• Monitor sales pipelines and achieve revenue targets
• Understand customer needs related to water flow, turbine capacity, and project efficiency
• Communicate effectively with Tagalog-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Meeting with project owners, corntractors, and clients
• Discussing technical specifications with engineers
• Preparing project cost estimations and proposals
• Following up with potential clients and business partners
• Presenting renewable energy solutions
• Supporting communication with clients or regional partners

Requirements :

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Preferred backgrounds in Technical Sales
• B2B sales experience
• Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems
• Ability to explain technical products clearly
• Project coordination and client management
• Proposal and tender preparation
• Good presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
