WE ARE HIRING – JUNIOR ASSOCIATE
Dafi Munir & Partners (DMP) is seeking a highly motivated and qualified legal professional to join our team as a Junior Associate.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor of Laws (S.H.) from a reputable university;
• Minimum 3 (three) years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a reputable law firm;
• Holds a valid Advocate License and/or Advocate Membership Card issued by PERADI;
• Has experience in litigation and dispute resolution, including handling civil, commercial, and/or criminal matters;
• Experienced in preparing and reviewing legal documents, including legal opinions, agreements, legal correspondence, pleadings, and other court submissions;
• Possesses strong legal research, legal analysis, and legal drafting skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English;
• Familiar with court proceedings, e-Court procedures, case administration, and coordination with courts and other relevant government authorities;
• Able to independently manage assignments and case-related matters under the supervision of Partners and Senior Associates;
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment; and
• Demonstrates high integrity, professionalism, responsibility, and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist Partners and Senior Associates in handling litigation, dispute resolution, and general corporate matters;
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare legal analyses on various legal issues;
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including legal opinions, agreements, correspondence, pleadings, memoranda, and other legal submissions;
• Assist in preparing case strategies, court submissions, evidence, and other supporting documents;
• Attend court hearings, meetings, negotiations, and discussions with clients and relevant stakeholders, as required;
• Liaise and coordinate with courts, government authorities, clients, counterparties, and other relevant parties;
• Monitor case developments, legal deadlines, and regulatory developments relevant to clients;
• Maintain accurate and well-organized case files and legal documentation; and
• Perform other legal assignments as required by Partners and Senior Associates.
