We are a thriving Dive Center based in Nusa Penida, Bali, looking for the perfect candidate to join our team. This role requires relocation to Nusa Penida, as it is an in-house position.
The ideal candidate should be adaptable to their working hours, as our operations are within the tourism sector. A strong ability to handle stress and natural leadership qualities are essential.
Above all, this person will interact with Western guests, so outstanding communication and organizational skills, along with a high level of focus, are crucial. Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and check-in daily guests,
Selling all types of activities and retail,
Collect payments and register all incomes,
Administering claims and guest's requests,
Organizing daily transportation bookings.
Minimum Requirements to Apply for this Job:
Age 28 to 35 with 2 years of working experience
University Degree
Fluent in English and presentation
Able to work on computers comfortably
Skills in Excel, word, email and the internet
Willing to work extra hours. This is not a 9 to 5 job

The Job Description for this position includes the following but is not limited to:
Welcome guests and respond to their questions
Sale of all types of activities and retail
Resolve conflict or escalate to management
Register and arrange bookings
Arrange and collect payments
Arrange and make payments to suppliers
Manage all administration
Responsible for petty cash, registering all income and costs on the system
Generate daily financial reports
Arrange and pay monthly bills to suppliers
Arrange and pay staff salaries
Manage logistical orders and supplies
Keep the office clean and precise at all times
Perform other tasks related to the position according to the ability of employees
Keep track of the staff's absence from work and request the necessary documents to justify the absence

Salary and Conditions
Working hours: 9 am to 7 pm with 1h lunch break
1 day off per week
1 return ticket from the office to Bali mainland per month

Minimum Salary guarantee: IDR 5,500,000 and can get up to IDR 7,500,000
