About
Ace Padel Club (APC) is a growing padel club operator with branches in Kedoya, Karawaci, and Cirebon. We're looking for an HR Business Partner Specialist to own our day-to-day people operations and work closely with the team across all three locations.
You'll be the sole HR practitioner at APC, our HR systems and frameworks are already in place, so you won't be starting from scratch. What we need is someone experienced enough to run independently, with the business awareness to go beyond just admin and genuinely support how the team operates.
What you'll do
Process monthly payroll across multiple entities; ensure accurate BPJS contributions and compliance
Maintain HRIS (Talenta) including employee data, shift imports, and attendance records
Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
Draft and maintain employment contracts, service agreements, and HR documentation
Handle disciplinary processes in compliance with Indonesian labor law
Manage general affairs and employee administrative needs
Support recruitment processes when required
Work closely with leader to support people-related decisions across branches
Help identify HR needs based on team and operational context: role clarity, performance cycles, headcount changes
Support managers in navigating day-to-day people issues with a practical, compliant approach
Maintain HR data and contribute to basic reporting and tracking
Support culture and employee engagement initiatives as the business grows
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or related field
2–3 years of HR experience with solid exposure to both HR operations and working with business stakeholders
Hands-on payroll experience; multi-entity is a plus
Familiar with BPJS regulations and Indonesian labor law basics
Proficient with HRIS tools; Talenta experience is a plus
Comfortable working independently as a sole HR practitioner
Good command of English (written and verbal)
