Ubud Little Sunshine Montessori is looking for an exceptional leader to guide our school into its next stage of growth.

We are seeking a passionate, professional, and highly organized individual who believes that every child deserves a joyful and meaningful education, and who is ready to lead a dedicated team with integrity and excellence.

About the Role

As the School Principal, you will oversee the daily operations of the school, lead and develop our teaching team, maintain high educational standards, and work closely with the founders to continue building one of Bali's leading Montessori schools.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the overall operations of the school.

* Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teachers and staff.

* Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and child wellbeing.

* Build positive relationships with parents and the wider community.

* Maintain school policies, quality standards, and daily operations.

* Support admissions, school events, and strategic school development.

* Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work culture.

Qualifications

✔️ Indonesian Citizen (WNI)

✔️ Bachelor's Degree (Education, Psychology, Management, or related field)

✔️ Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience, preferably in education.

✔️ Excellent leadership and people management skills.

✔️ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

✔️ Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

✔️ Passionate about education and child development.

✔️ Montessori knowledge or experience is an advantage.

Monthly Salary

IDR 15,000,000 – 20,000,000

(Based on qualifications and experience)
