Purchasing SPV

Trust Recruit Indonesia is currently is looking for Purchasing SPV in manufacture company to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead daily procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of raw materials, spare parts, and services.

2. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms.

3. Manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance to ensure continuous supply and service excellence.

4. Drive procurement projects and cost-saving initiatives through strategic sourcing and process improvements.

5. Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and procurement documentation accurately using SAP MM.

6. Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments to support operational requirements.

7. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures while preparing purchasing reports and analyses for management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university

2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Purchasing Supervisor

3. Proven experience and involvement in projects (preferably cost-saving initiatives)

4. Experienced in handling procurement of various items, including raw materials, spare parts, and services

5. Proficient in SAP MM module (SAP HANA MM is an advantage)

6. Fluent in English (spoken and written), including business correspondence

7. Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
