JOB VACANCY: SITE MANAGER (SM) – Must be Domiciled in BALI

Job Status: Full-Time (Rigid Work Discipline) 

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM WITA) 

Location/Domicile: Bali, Indonesia

Report to: Project Manager / Operations Director 

Job Description:

As a Site Manager at Lexio Construction, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and technical execution of our construction activities on-site. You will lead field coordination and ensure that site operations adhere to technical specifications, project timelines, and discipline standards. Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Site Execution & Management: Supervising daily technical operations on-site, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and resource tracking.
2. Field Coordination: Leading, communicating with, and coordinating site divisions, foremen (mandor), and subcontractors to maintain optimal site productivity.
3. Technical Supervision: Reviewing and translating blueprint designs (shop drawings and as-built drawings) into precise on-site execution.
4. HSE Enforcement: Maintaining zero-tolerance enforcement of health, safety, and environmental (K3) regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE (APD) by all field personnel.
5. Progress Administration: Ensuring high compliance with the company's Rigid Work Discipline, maintaining strict attendance logs, and submitting organized daily/weekly site administrative reports.
6. Field Problem Solving: Providing objective, rapid, and strategic solutions to unforeseen technical issues or bottlenecks arising in the field.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 1 of proven working experience as a Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager, or Project Engineer in residential, commercial, or building construction projects.
3. Domicile: Must be currently domiciled or permanently residing in Bali.
4. Technical Skills: Highly proficient in structural blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings (shop drawings, as-built drawings).
5. Competent in operating standard construction software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, and Microsoft Project.
