Senior Supervisor Technical Audit

PT. Pacific Indomas is looking for a qualified and highly motivated person with high commitment for Technical Audit Senior Supervisor to be placed in Medan – North Sumatera.

Job Description :

1. To assist technical audit activities across manufacturing operations in three factories in Medan – North Sumatera.

2. Review and evaluate business processes, operational performance and compliance with company standards.

3. Monitor and assess plant operations, including operational production, safety, preventive maintenance and utilities.

4. Conduct operational audits to identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.

5. Review planning reports, maintenance records, and operational performance on a regular basis.

6. Monitor preventive maintenance implementation and ensure activities are carried out according to established procedures.

7. Monitor utility consumption and analyze variances against the approved budget.

8. Oversee CAPEX project implementation and ensure alignment with approved plans.

9. Provide recommendations and act as an internal consultant to improve operational effectiveness and business processes

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

• Experienced more than 5 years in Technical Audit (Operational), mechanical, electrical or production.

• Familiar with business process, manufacturing pipeline, cost management and improvement projects.

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.

• Familiar with ERP or SAP System

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Excel.
