We are hiring one creative to own the entire content and social presence for two premium Bali brands: Bali Property Group, a villa development and property company, and a new luxury spa and wellness brand launching this year. This is a build-it-all role, concept, filming, editing, design, copy and social, and above all, creating with AI. If you are genuinely skilled at making content with AI tools, not just aware of them, this role is built for you.

This is not a posting-and-scheduling job, and it is not for someone who arranges pre-made content. We want a maker who creates from zero and can prove it, with a portfolio and real AI work to show.

Bali Property Group develops and operates high-quality villas across Bali. The spa is a new premium wellness brand that must look world class from day one. You are the creative engine behind both.

Creating with AI (central to this role)

•   AI is your creative engine. You use AI image, video and copy tools to produce more, faster, and to a higher standard.

•   Strong, hands-on command of current AI image, video and copy tools, for example Midjourney, Runway, Kling, ChatGPT, CapCut, Canva AI and Adobe Firefly, and you keep pace as new tools appear.

•   You know how to get professional results from AI: prompt well, refine, and blend AI output with real footage and design.

•   This is not a bonus skill. It is one of the main reasons this role exists, and we will test it.

Content and video

•   Concepts and campaigns for both brands, from villa walkthroughs and construction reveals to spa treatments and launch films.

•   On-site filming, and professional editing for reels, TikTok and shorts, with strong hooks and storytelling.

Design and brand

•   Social graphics, banners, brochures, decks and sales support, plus clean reusable templates and a consistent design system.

Social and strategy

•   Own Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube: content calendars, campaign planning, consistent publishing, and a real feel for trends.

Performance

•   Read the insights and track reach, engagement, followers, leads and campaign results. We expect you to prove your impact, not just produce.

Who you are

•   A proven creative who can film, edit, design, write, publish and analyse, and who thinks like a marketer, not only a maker.

•   Genuinely skilled at creating with AI, with work to show for it.

•   Real taste, strong written and spoken English, sharp attention to detail, and the independence to run with an idea without supervision.

•   A portfolio and real results you are proud of. Experience in property, luxury villas, hospitality, spa and wellness, architecture, interior design or premium Bali brands is a strong plus.

This role is not for you if you only post pre-made content, cannot show a portfolio and real AI work, cannot film and edit, have weak English, or wait for instructions instead of bringing ideas.

•   Compensation: IDR 8,000,000 to 10,000,000 per month, negotiable on proven skill, especially AI creation, and results. Exceptional candidates will be rewarded accordingly.

4.  An AI work sample (required): send at least one piece you personally created with AI, an AI-generated or AI-edited video or a set of AI images, with the exact tools and prompts you used. Even better, make something new for one of our brands: a short AI video or a few AI images for a luxury villa or a spa treatment.

5.  Screenshots of growth, reach, engagement or campaign results, where available.

Shortlisted candidates will complete a short creative test that includes an AI creation task, so we can see how you actually work.

Open to Indonesian nationals and to foreign nationals who already hold valid Indonesian work rights. We are not sponsoring a new work permit for this role.
