Multimedia Artist

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and versatile Multimedia Artist to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing ideas, concepts, and stories to life across various digital mediums. You will design, develop, and produce visually stunning and engaging content, including animations, motion graphics, illustrations, and interactive layouts.

The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a strong grasp of design principles, and a diverse technical skillset across leading industry software. You should be a collaborative thinker who can work seamlessly with copywriters, marketing teams, and developers to deliver high-quality assets on schedule.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Concept & Design: Conceptualize, sketch, storyboard, and design high-quality multimedia assets for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and product interfaces.
• Animation & Motion Graphics: Create compelling 2D (and optionally 3D) animations, kinetic typography, explainer videos, and transition effects to enhance user engagement.
• Video & Audio Editing: Edit raw video footage, synchronize audio tracks, integrate sound effects, and apply color grading to deliver polished, broadcast-ready video content.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, product, and engineering) to translate project briefs into impactful visual stories that align with brand standards.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain a clean digital asset library. Ensure all project files, templates, and raw materials are properly archived.
• Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, software updates, and design trends to continuously push creative boundaries and improve workflow efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition). Familiarity with 3D modeling/animation software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a strong plus.
• Core Design Skills: Strong foundation in typography, layout, color theory, timing, and spatial awareness in motion.
• Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio or demo reel demonstrating exceptional storytelling, design, and animation capabilities.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate creative concepts and receive constructive feedback.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
