We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason to be assigned in a 4star hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Lay bricks, stones, and concrete blocks to construct walls, arches, and other structures according to architectural plans and specifications
- Mix and apply mortar, grout, and adhesives to bind construction materials together
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate construction and alignment
- Measure distances and angles to verify structures are level and plumb
- Repair and restore damaged masonry work on existing structures and facilities
- Prepare and maintain work areas by removing debris and ensuring safety compliance
- Perform finishing work including pointing, waterproofing, and surface treatments
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and construction teams to ensure project deadlines are met
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
