Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Group HR strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Lead all HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Payroll, HR Operations, and Compliance.

  • Partner with the executive team to drive organizational growth and workforce planning.

  • Establish HR policies, governance, and best practices across all business units.

  • Oversee leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.

  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies.

  • Monitor HR KPIs, budgets, and people analytics to support strategic decision-making.

  • Lead and mentor the HR team across multiple locations while fostering a high-performance culture.


Specific Position Requirements

  1. Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role within a multi-unit or multi-site organization.

  • Proven experience managing HR across multiple business units, locations, or brands.

  • Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, retail, or F&B industry is highly preferred.

  • Strong background in organizational development, talent management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR strategy.


  1. Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and employment regulations.

  • Experience developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and organizational structures.

  • Strong workforce planning and manpower budgeting skills.

  • Experience leading recruitment strategies for both operational and corporate positions.

  • Knowledge of performance management systems, succession planning, and talent development.

  • Strong compensation & benefits planning, salary structure, and payroll oversight.

  • Experience managing industrial relations, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and provide strategic recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

  • Experience managing HR operations for organizations with 300+ employees across multiple locations.

  • Certified HR Professional (CHRP, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is an advantage.
