• Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets through persuasive, consultative, and ethical selling techniques.
3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high customer retention, satisfaction, and repeat business.
4. Product and Service Demonstrations
• Demonstrating how to use wellness products or guiding prospective members through facility tours, highlighting features that match their specific needs.
5. Creating Personalized Wellness Solutions
• Designing tailored product packages or wellness programs that align with individual client goals, budgets, and lifestyles.
6. Lead Generation and Prospecting
• Proactively seeking out new business opportunities through cold calling, social media outreach, community events, and following up on inbound inquiries.
7. Sales Administration and Tracking
• Managing client records, processing transactions, and accurately updating the company's CRM database with sales and interaction histories.
8. Handling Client Feedback and Complaints
• Serving as the primary point of contact for client issues, providing prompt, empathetic, and effective solutions to maintain trust.
