Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Automotive Technology, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Service, or After-Sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong background in handling customer concerns, complaints, and service recovery.
- Knowledge of automotive products, vehicle servicing, warranty claims, and after-sales operations is an advantage.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, and managing a customer service team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented, highly organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work onsite and travel when necessary.
Responsibilities
-Serve as the primary point of contact for customer concerns, inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
-Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
-Monitor and improve customer service processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
-Coordinate with Service, Parts, Sales, and other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
-Handle escalated customer complaints and implement appropriate service recovery actions.
-Oversee after-sales activities, including service follow-ups, warranty concerns, and customer feedback.
