We are looking for passionate, service-oriented professionals to join our team as a Server/Griller at our luxury Yakiniku restaurant. If you have a deep appreciation for Japanese cuisine, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Deliver an exceptional dining experience with attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service.
Master the art of grilling premium Wagyu beef tableside, showcasing traditional Yakiniku techniques with precision and skill.
Engage with guests by sharing insights into the menu, Yakiniku culture, and cooking methods, creating a memorable and interactive experience.
Maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times.
Ensure seamless coordination with the kitchen and service teams to provide a flawless dining experience.
Uphold strict food safety, hygiene, and handling protocols to maintain the integrity of the cuisine.
Provide wine, sake, and beverage pairing recommendations that complement the dining experience (training provided if necessary).
Qualifications:
Previous experience in upscale dining, luxury hospitality, or fine dining service is preferred.
A warm, engaging, and professional demeanor with a passion for guest service.
Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and perfect the craft of Yakiniku grilling.
A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering excellence in every guest interaction.
Confidence and expertise in product knowledge, ensuring an elevated and seamless dining experience.
Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
A refined sense of hospitality, with attention to subtle guest cues and preferences.
Basic proficiency in English & Japanese language or knowledge of Japanese dining etiquette is a plus (but not required).
