Pattern Maker Garment

Qualification :

1. Minimum 1 years of experience as a Pattern Maker in the garment industry

2. Proficient in pattern making, grading, and marker planning

3. Able to create patterns manually and/or using CAD software

4. Understanding garment construction, fitting, and sample development processes

5. Familiar with garment production workflow and quality standards

6. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under deadlines

7. Must pass the technical test provided by the company
   

Job Description :

1. Create garment patterns based on design sketches, tech packs, and customer requirements

2. Develop base patterns, grading, and markers for production

3. Collaborate with the Design, Sample Room, and Production teams to ensure pattern accuracy and fit

4. Conduct pattern revisions based on fitting results and sample evaluations

5. Ensure patterns meet quality standards, production requirements, and cost efficiency targets

6. Calculate fabric consumption and optimize marker efficiency

7. Prepare and maintain pattern documentation and technical records

8. Support sample development and troubleshoot pattern-related issues during production
