Job Descriptions:
Monitoring vessel schedule for convenient port
Arranging the crew movements processes are properly, efficiently and timely done
Checking the validity/authenticity and preparing all seafarer’s documents and certificates including flag endorsement, passport, seamen book, individual contract, certificate of competence (CoC), Certificate of Endorsement (CoE), and Certified of Proficiency (CoP), etc.
Proposing suitable candidates for rolling plan
Communicating, cooperating, and building good relation with government agencies in order to get validity and authentification of crew documents
Providing joining crew with sufficient working gear such as safety shoes/boiler suit, etc
Recording crew performance
Updating crew list and standby list of crew ashore
Updating and maintaining record of ISO 9001:2000
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Maritime Academy or Bachelor Degree in Sea Transportation
Minimum 1 year working experience in the related field in required for this position
Fluent in English both oral and written
Computer literate
Fast learner, hardworking, teamwork and able to work under pressure
Independent, initiative and well organize
