Operational Head Cikarang

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.

• Monitor branch performance through regular analysis of sales, operational, and financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and applicable regulations.

• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop branch employees to build a high-performing team.

• Monitor employee performance and conduct regular performance evaluations.

• Manage branch budgets, operational costs, inventory, and company assets effectively.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and local stakeholders.

• Resolve operational issues and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Identify business opportunities and implement initiatives to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar managerial role.

• Proven experience in leading teams and managing branch operations.

• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities.

• Strong business acumen with a results-oriented mindset.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP or business management systems.

• Willing to travel when required.
