Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willing to work in Filinvest Technology Park, Punta, Calamba City, Laguna.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Record and reconcile customer payments in the accounting system.
- Maintain accurate billing, collection, and Accounts Receivable records.
- Prepare aging reports, customer statements, and collection summaries.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments regarding billing concerns.
- Assist in month-end closing and audit requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial records.
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
