Operation Staff - Forwarding - Jakarta Utara (C-129733)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in North Jakarta.

• Our client is a Japanese Forwarding company. Currently, they are looking for Operation Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise daily logistics operations (shipment, delivery, and related processes)

• Ensure smooth execution of operations in accordance with customer requirements

• Identify operational issues and provide timely solutions to minimize disruption

• Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation

• Act as the main point of contact for customers and vendors regarding operational matters

• Handle inquiries, coordinate requests, and manage expectations effectively

• Maintain good relationships with clients and external partners

• Analyze operational problems and propose improvement plans

• Support implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency

• Input and manage monthly data for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Coordinate with related departments for billing and payment processes

• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall business operations

• Other task as assigned

Job Requirements:

• College Diploma

• Has minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, with a strong focus on export operations and SKA/COO documentation.

• Proven track record of managing SKA is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of export regulations and procedures, especially related to SKA/COO for export shipments.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders (internal teams, shipping lines, customs, etc.).

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other logistics software.

• Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
