Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Broadcasting, Visual Communication, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, content creation, videography, or a similar role.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), other design and video editing software, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar) to support creative content production.
Strong skills in graphic design, photography, videography, video editing, and operation of production equipment (camera, lighting, audio, and drone); experience in drone operation is an advantage.
Good understanding of social media trends and digital marketing, with the ability to produce creative and professional promotional materials, branding assets, presentations, and visual content.
Creative, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively, perform well under pressure and tight deadlines, and maintain a strong design/video portfolio. Experience in the automotive, electric vehicle, manufacturing, or technology industry is an advantage.
Job Description :
Develop and produce graphic designs, promotional materials, branding assets, company profiles, product mockups, and various visual materials for both print and digital media.
Manage end-to-end photo and video production, including concept development, shooting, operation of production equipment (camera, lighting, audio, and drone), editing, and final delivery.
Create visual and video content to support marketing activities, corporate communications, social media, exhibitions, events, product launches, webinars, live streaming, and other promotional campaigns.
Ensure consistency of the company's visual identity while continuously evaluating and improving the quality of designs and multimedia content in line with the company's branding strategy.
Collaborate with the Marketing Communication, Sales, and other related departments to develop creative concepts and support the company's visual communication and promotional initiatives.
