Customer Relation Officer (CRO)

About the Role
- We are looking for an energetic, service-oriented, and professional Customer Relation Officer (CRO) to join our team
- As the face of our company, you will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience—from welcoming guests, handing over rental vehicles, and ensuring every vehicle is in excellent condition, to building customer trust through outstanding hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers at our office, airport, or designated locations with warm hospitality.
- Deliver and collect rental vehicles professionally and on schedule.
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each rental using the company's checklist.
- Explain rental terms, insurance coverage, Own Risk (OR), deposits, and vehicle features clearly.
- Ensure every vehicle is clean, safe, roadworthy, and ready for customers.
- Perform basic vehicle preparation when required (fuel, cleaning, documents, accessories).
- Provide shuttle service for customers when necessary.
- Promote and upsell additional products and services such as insurance upgrades, Wi-Fi devices, SIM/eSIM cards, phone holders, beverages, tours, and more.
- Handle customer inquiries and minor complaints professionally.
- Complete daily reports and vehicle handover documentation through company systems.
- Coordinate closely with the Operations, Reservation, and Finance teams.
Requirements
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate; Diploma is preferred.
- Fluent in English (spoken is required; additional languages are a plus).
- Possess a valid SIM A (Indonesian Driver's License).
- Confident driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors when required.
- Able to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, or car rental is an advantage.
