Senior Software Engineer (C#)

We are looking for a Senior C# Software Engineer to join our core engineering team.

We believe that great software engineering is about strong logic, clean architecture, and data structures. If you have a world-class foundation in C# and a passion for building highly optimized systems, we will train you on the game engine side (Unity).

You will jump straight into tackling the unique challenges of mobile systems: scaling code to support millions of daily active users, eliminating memory spikes, and designing elegant systems that drive our core application logic.

• Architect Core Logic: Design, build, and maintain clean, reusable, and reliable C# code that powers our application frameworks and core mechanics.
• Optimize Performance: Deep-dive into memory management, object pooling, and garbage collection optimization to ensure smooth execution on a massive variety of mobile hardware.
• Solve Scalability Challenges: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate complex backend APIs, local data storage solutions, and real-time multiplayer networking features.
• Level Up Your Skills: Rapidly learn the Unity environment through dedicated mentorship from our senior game developers, transitioning your existing C# knowledge into world-class game engineering.

• Around 5 years of experience in C# mastery: Strong professional experience writing maintainable code in C# / .NET frameworks.
• Solid CS Fundamentals: Deep understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) & SOLID principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• The Performance Mindset: Experience with profiling tools, diagnosing memory leaks, concurrency, and minimizing garbage collection overhead.
• Curiosity & Adaptability: A genuine interest in learning a new industry and the drive to adapt your technical skills to mobile applications and interactive media.
• Strong Communication: Fluency in English (or professional working proficiency) to collaborate with global stakeholders.
