Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in the Freight Forwarding industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Air & Sea Freight (LCL/FCL), Customs Brokerage, and Incoterms.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must. Proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a significant advantage.
  • Strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire a sales team to exceed KPIs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Implement: Create sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed company targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and conduct regular performance reviews for the sales team.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with strategic clients.
  • Market Growth: Identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with Finance and Ops to ensure seamless end-to-end service.
