We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Growth Manager to help scale the business through customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue optimization.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong builder mindset who enjoys solving growth challenges, running experiments, and driving measurable business impact in fast-moving startup environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives and revenue targets
Lead initiatives across customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and revenue growth
Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, market expansion initiatives, and brand positioning efforts
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams to improve growth performance and customer experience
Build and manage KPIs, dashboards, forecasting, and reporting frameworks to support data-driven decision making
Drive revenue growth through hands-on execution across growth campaigns, partnerships, and commercial initiatives
Conduct growth experiments, analyze funnel performance, and continuously optimize conversion rates and customer journeys
Develop scalable acquisition systems, growth playbooks, and repeatable campaign strategies
Support founders and leadership team in strategic planning, prioritization, and growth-related decision making
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Growth, GTM, Marketing, Business Growth, or related roles within SaaS, AI, platform, or B2B technology companies
Proven track record in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and product/service adoption
Strong understanding of growth funnels, customer lifecycle, conversion optimization, and experimentation frameworks
Commercially driven with strong business acumen and revenue ownership mindset
Experience managing performance metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, retention, LTV, pipeline performance, and revenue impact
Familiar with CRM systems, analytics tools, attribution tracking, and funnel analysis
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
Hands-on executor who can work independently and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
Comfortable collaborating across growth, product, sales, partnerships, and strategy functions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in recruitment, HR tech, AI, marketplaces, or U.S.-focused businesses
Experience launching or scaling new products, services, or market expansion initiatives
Background in market research, customer segmentation, positioning, or growth experimentation
Prior experience in early-stage startups or high-growth companies
