Software / Pre-Sales Engineer

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Knowledge of embedded systems and firmware development is an advantage.

• Good understanding of software development principles and debugging techniques.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Willing to travel for customer visits and project support when required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in product design and development, particularly in firmware and software applications.

• Validate software and firmware designs and ensure functionality meets product specifications.

• Support product certification processes and participate in internal and external audits.

• Conduct product testing, evaluation, and validation activities.

• Deliver product presentations and provide product training to customers.

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the operation and application of the company’s products.

• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues encountered by customers and provide appropriate solutions.

• Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Sales teams to support product development and customer requirements.

• Prepare technical documentation and support the sales team during bidding and tender processes.
