Project Manager Survey Deployment and Transition (Mobile)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management and operation, preferably in Survey Deployment and Transition, facility management.

• Strong understanding of project management principles (budgeting, scheduling, resource management).

• Having a good communication skill, presentation skill and deal with others

• Well appearance, fully understanding IFM and the method.

• Good initiative, under pressure adaptive and can collaborated with team

• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

• Willing to be assigned and coordinate at project sites as required.

• Fluent speaking and writing english

Job Description

• Perform survey for a new potential project, able to handle project operation during transition period and project deployment as well

• Perform administration work related to the project and coordination with related Department

• Regularly site visit all the projects under his responsible, meeting with client, giving a solution and feedback and prepare for a MoM

• Review financial report, cost control and optimize profit for the project

• Lead and manage the overall execution of Survey Deployment and Transition projects from initiation to completion.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and allocate resources (manpower, materials, and budget).

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Ensure all project activities meet the established quality, schedule, and budget standards.

• Prepare and present regular project progress reports to management.

• Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation solutions.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
