Key Responsibilities:
Develop and identify new business opportunities within industrial market segments.
Promote and sell industrial products, including conveyor components, chains, clutches, lubricants, and other supporting equipment.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and business partners.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations based on their requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth project execution and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations for prospective and existing clients.
Assist in the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals.
Keep up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, reports, and pipeline progress.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or other customer-facing roles.
Experience in industrial products, spare parts, machinery, equipment, or lubricants is highly preferred.
Educational background in Engineering, Business, or other related fields is an advantage.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven and confident in developing new accounts.
Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different levels.
Willing to travel for client visits and business meetings.
