About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Eyelash and Eyebrow Therapist to join the beauty team at Sounds of Sun in Bali. This is a full-time position based in our Bali location, where you will take a leadership role in delivering exceptional lash and brow services whilst mentoring junior therapists. As a senior therapist, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of beauty treatments, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and reputation of our salon. Key responsibilities

1. Provide professional and high-quality eyelash extension and eyebrow treatment services to clients

2. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their desired outcomes and recommend appropriate treatments

3. Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all treatments, ensuring flawless application and client satisfaction

4. Mentor, train and supervise junior eyelash and eyebrow therapists, sharing best practices and techniques

5. Maintain a clean, hygienic and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards

6. Keep detailed client records and manage appointment schedules efficiently

7. Stay informed about the latest trends, products and techniques in lash and brow treatments

8. Contribute to the development of treatment protocols and quality standards for the salon

9. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals

10. Handle client concerns and complaints professionally and courteously

What we're looking for

1. A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as an eyelash and eyebrow therapist

2. Advanced technical skills in lash extensions, lash lifts, lash tints, eyebrow design, microblading or other brow treatments

3. Certification or qualification in eyelash and eyebrow treatments from a recognised beauty institution

4. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide other therapists

5. Strong knowledge of health, safety and hygiene regulations specific to beauty treatments

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach

7. Ability to work independently whilst being a collaborative team member

8. Physical stamina to perform detailed, precision work for extended periods

9. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous

10. A passion for beauty, creativity and delivering exceptional client experiences
