Job Description;
Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, and exit.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Support employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, grievances, warning letters, and employee communication.
Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisals, promotion reviews, and performance improvement plans (PIP).
Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, announcements, employment contracts, and internal memos.
Prepare payroll-related HR inputs such as attendance, overtime, leave, allowance, deduction, and employee changes.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data.
Prepare HR reports on headcount, recruitment, turnover, attendance, and employee movement.
Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Admin, department heads, and management regarding HR matters.
Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and company culture activities.
Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
Assist in maintaining smooth HR operational processes and administrative support.
Requirements;
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 2 - 5 years of relevant HR experience.
Experience in fintech, forex, financial services, brokerage, banking, or regulated industries is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian manpower regulations and HR operations.
Experienced in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
Able to draft professional HR documents and reports.
Good communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS or attendance systems.
Mature, proactive, detail-oriented, confidential, and able to work under pressure
