About the Role

This role is designed as an entry point for individuals who are passionate about client management, product development, and manufacturing. As an Assistant Sales Merchandiser, you will support the Sales Merchandising team in managing client communications, coordinating development projects, and ensuring smooth collaboration between clients and internal departments.

You will gain hands-on exposure to the entire product development and production process while working closely with Brand Owners, R&D, Design, and Production teams. This position offers a structured growth path toward becoming a Sales Merchandiser and eventually taking ownership of client accounts and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field

• Fluent in English (written & spoken) — must

• Internship or working experience in customer service, sales support, merchandising, project coordination, or administration is a plus

• Experience in manufacturing and/or jewelry industry is an advantage but not required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good organizational and follow-up abilities

• Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders

• Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn

• Fresh graduates are welcome

• Willing to be based in Bali

What You Will Do

• Support the Sales Merchandiser team in managing client accounts and projects

• Assist in handling client inquiries and preparing internal project briefs

• Coordinate with R&D, Design, and Production teams to ensure project requirements are communicated clearly

• Track development and production timelines

• Follow up on project progress and maintain accurate documentation

• Assist in preparing quotations, presentations, and client updates

• Help ensure client satisfaction through timely communication and support

• Learn and develop knowledge of product development, manufacturing processes, and client management
