The Delivery Rider is responsible for the safe and timely pickup and delivery of customer orders from the assigned store to the designated delivery area. The rider is expected to provide excellent customer service, follow company and client policies, and ensure the proper handling of orders during delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver customer orders accurately and on time.
- Ensure the safe handling of food, parcels, or other assigned items during transport.
- Follow the assigned store, delivery area, and delivery schedule.
- Observe traffic rules and practice safe driving at all times.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service.
- Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the assigned motorcycle.
- Coordinate with the assigned store and dispatcher regarding delivery updates or concerns.
- Comply with all company and client operational policies and procedures.
