Supervisor Finance Accounting & Tax

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations.
• Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and compliance.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Develop and improve financial SOPs and internal controls.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of the FAT team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, or Customs Brokerage (PPJK) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh, and corporate tax).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
