Junior Motion Graphic Designer

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in motion graphics or animation (fresh graduates with outstanding portfolios are welcome).
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator.
• Familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar creative software.
• Good understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across creative assets.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to continuously learn new tools and techniques.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Experience using AI creative tools is a plus.

• Create engaging motion graphics and animations for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Animate static visual assets into compelling motion content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with creative, social media, and content teams from concept development to final execution.
• Develop storyboard, animation flow, and visual transitions for digital content.
• Revise motion assets based on feedback while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Stay updated with animation trends, motion design techniques, and AI-powered creative tools.
• Support various creative production needs across multiple brands.
