What we're looking for
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in production management or operations on Manufacture Industry
Proven track record in leading and managing large production teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues
