Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Backend Developer using Golang.
Strong experience in developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
Good understanding of microservices architecture.
Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.
Familiar with Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
Experience with Redis, Kafka, or message brokers is a plus.
Understanding of secure coding practices and backend performance optimization.
Banking industry experience is an advantage.
Able to communicate effectively in English.

Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and business teams throughout the SDLC.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
Support deployment activities and production releases.
