Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring high satisfaction by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a patient problem-solver, and a dependable team player.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support & Inquiries: Respond promptly to incoming customer calls, providing accurate information about products, services, orders, and payments.
- Issue Resolution: Listen actively to customer concerns, troubleshoot technical problems, and handle complaints with empathy to ensure customers feel valued.
- Escalation Management: Efficiently identify complex issues that require specialized attention and escalate them to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Accurate Record-Keeping: Document all customer interactions, comments, and resolutions in the database to help track service quality and continuous improvement.
