This is an entry-level role, on-site in Makassar. If you're early in your editing career and hungry to grow, this is for you. No agency experience needed. We train you.

Qualifications & experience

• Understand Social Media Editing Style

• Basic Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut

• Strong eye for pacing, storytelling and visual quality

• Communicates clearly in English, written and spoken. No certification required.

• Takes feedback well and delivers without sacrificing quality
  
  

What you'll do
You'll take raw footage and shape it into content that actually performs across social media, brand campaigns, and digital platforms. You'll own the edit from assembly to final delivery, collaborating closely with our content and creative team to nail both story and visuals. We'll train you on our systems and standards from day one.
