The Body Shop Indonesia are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Store Design & Experience team! You will play a crucial role in creating compelling visual content that communicates our brand message effectively and engages our target audience. This position offers the chance to work on diverse design projects that have a meaningful impact on our business objectives and brand presence.
Key responsibilities
Create visually appealing and on-brand graphic designs for various media, including digital platforms, print materials, and marketing collateral
Develop concepts, layouts and designs that align with company branding guidelines and project objectives
Collaborate with marketing, commercial, and retail operations teams to understand design requirements and deliver solutions that meet project goals
Assist in visualizing how graphics will look in a physical space, contributing to window display concepts, and understanding basic 3D/spatial layouts
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail and meeting established deadlines
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree and proven experience as a Graphic Designer in the retail or beauty industry, backed by a strong visual design portfolio
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools
Excellent visual communication skills with the ability to translate concepts into compelling designs
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency across all design work
