Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage clinical research projects, ensuring strict adherence to protocols, ethical guidelines, and good clinical practices (GCP).
Coordinate patient recruitment, conduct clinical assessments, and manage patient care within the research cohort.
Analyze clinical data, monitor adverse events, and maintain accurate case report forms (CRFs) and documentation.
Provide professional clinical insights and mentorship to junior research staff, bridging the gap between practical nursing and clinical research.
Job Requirements:
Qualification: Registered Nurse (RN) holding a valid Practicing Certificate with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of practical clinical nursing experience, with a strong preference for candidates from a Geriatric Ward or elderly care background.
Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, familiar with clinical trial operations and research methodologies.
Language: Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese to interact effectively with patients and research stakeholders.
