§ Responsible for the entry, verification, and closing of all company accounts, ensuring consistency between accounts and actual assets, and between accounts and supporting documents.
§ Lead the monthly and annual closing process, including account adjustments, closing entries, and financial statement preparation. Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements that comply with Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards.
§ Assist with tax compliance matters such as corporate profits tax and employer's return forms, ensuring timely filing and compliance with Inland Revenue Department requirements. Prior experience in Hong Kong tax filing is preferred.
§ Liaise with internal and external auditors, providing necessary vouchers, accounts, and information to assist in completing the annual audit process. Participate in the establishment and assessment of internal controls.
§ Handle cross-departmental financial data requests and ad-hoc assignments.
