CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE – SERVICE
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Executive – Service provides administrative and back-end support to the After Sales and Service Department. The role is responsible for coordinating service requests, processing SAP transactions, monitoring service jobs and parts orders, preparing reports, and assisting with customer billing and payment follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and process service orders, parts calls, purchase requests, and sales orders in SAP.
- Maintain accurate records and data in the SAP Customer Service (CS) module.
- Coordinate service requests, parts/material requirements, and deliveries.
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and outstanding service jobs.
- Record man-hours and travel hours and prepare monthly service reports.
- Process sales and service invoices and send billing documents to customers.
- Assist in customer payment collection and follow-ups.
- Provide back-end administrative support to Service Sales Engineers.
- Support the monitoring of rental fleet activities.
- Ensure compliance with 5S and EHS standards.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of Accountancy or any 4-year college course.
- At least 2 years of hands-on SAP experience.
- Experience in office administration or service support is required.
- Knowledge of SAP Customer Service (CS) processes is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
