Programmer Staff

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Programmer to join our technology team. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving software applications and technical solutions to support business requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong programming skills, a good understanding of data processing and system development, and the ability to solve technical problems effectively while collaborating with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications based on business and technical requirements

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages such as Python, PHP, and Java (optional)

• Develop and integrate application features, system functions, and technical solutions

• Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure system reliability

• Manage and optimize database operations using SQL and NoSQL databases

• Support application deployment and system environment management using Docker and Kubernetes

• Implement and maintain data processing solutions based on project requirements

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions

• Analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions

• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum experience in programming/application development is preferred

• Strong programming skills in Python; knowledge of PHP and Java is an advantage

• Understanding of Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow

• Familiarity with LlamaIndex and LangChain is preferred

• Understanding of basic concepts in Calculus, Probability, and Statistics

• Basic knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL

• Basic understanding of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or ScyllaDB

• Familiarity with Vector Database technologies such as Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma, or Qdrant

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies

• Good communication skills and able to work effectively in a team

• Able to translate technical concepts into simple and understandable business language
