Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years as a Project Officer or Project Manager handling medium to large IT projects.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
Proficient in Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar project management tools.
Understanding of IT project risk management and quality assurance.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Able to manage stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities
Lead IT projects from planning through completion.
Prepare project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and provide project updates.
Identify and manage project risks and resolve issues.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
Monitor project progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Support collaboration across teams to achieve project goals.
