- Up to 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience with Kanban tools (Trello, Jira, or similar) is an advantage

ABOUT THE ROLE
Provide exceptional customer support for a US-based dental technology platform by assisting customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll resolve inquiries, maintain accurate documentation, and help create knowledge resources that improve the customer experience.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
Customer Support
- Handle customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and other channels
- Manage support requests through to resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Knowledge Management
- Create and update knowledge base articles, user guides, and workflow documentation
- Help improve support resources for customers
Communication & Collaboration
- Deliver timely, professional, and customer-focused support
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience using Trello, Jira, or other Kanban tools is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Willing to learn and adapt to new challenges
