Description
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the database.
- Assist in product upselling and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
