Fortis Prime Financial Group is expanding and is looking for experienced sales leaders who are ready to build and lead a high-performing team of financial advisors.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in sales leadership who want to transition into a career where they can develop people, grow a business, and make a meaningful impact on Filipino families and business owners.
As a Unit Manager, you will recruit, coach, mentor, and lead a team while building your own leadership practice in partnership with one of the country's established life insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Financial Advisors.
- Coach team members in prospecting, financial planning, and client relationship management.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and field accompaniment.
- Drive team productivity through activity management and sales leadership.
- Develop business opportunities through networking, referrals, partnerships, and community engagement.
- Build long-term client relationships based on financial needs analysis.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, ethics, continuous learning, and collaboration.
- Achieve agreed recruitment, activation, and production goals.
Minimum Qualifications
We are looking for professionals who possess:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 5 years of professional sales experience.
- At least 2 years of people or team management experience.
- Proven experience leading, coaching, or developing sales professionals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in consultative or relationship-based selling.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for leadership and people development.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup within Metro Manila.
