Event & Marketing Activation Officer (Property)

About Us

We are a growing property developer developing a residential township in Bintaro. We're looking for a creative, organized, and hands-on Event & Marketing Activation Officer to create memorable customer experiences that drive project awareness and sales.

Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

• Plan, organize, and execute marketing events such as open house, weekend activation, customer gathering, property exhibition, agent gathering and community events.

• Develop event concepts, themes, timelines, and budgets.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth event execution.

• Source and manage vendors including decoration, catering, entertainment, photography, MC, event equipment, and promotional materials.

• Handle venue setup, event logistics, registration, and on-site operations.

• Ensure events are executed on time and within budget.

• Prepare post-event reports, attendance summaries, and recommendations for future activations.

• Continuously propose creative marketing activation ideas to increase project traffic and customer engagement.

Others

• Coordinate the installation of marketing and branding materials, including billboards, banners, hoardings, directional signage, and other Above-the-Line (ATL) promotional media to ensure branding materials are installed according to design specifications, timeline, and quality standards.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure promotional materials remain clean, visible, and well-maintained.

• Build relationships with local communities, schools, clubs, and organizations for future collaborations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in event planning, marketing activation, promotions, or property marketing.

• Fresh graduates with strong event organizing experience are welcome to apply.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Able to coordinate multiple vendors and manage several projects simultaneously.

• Good understanding of event operations and outdoor advertising (billboards, banners, signage, etc.) is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to work in the field.

• Comfortable working on weekends when events are scheduled (with replacement day off).

• Able to work from our office in Bintaro.

• Monday, Thursday, Friday: 09.00-18.00

• Saturday, Sunday: 09.00-18.00 (depending on event)
