Qualifications:
- No experience required
- At least K12 or High School (old curriculum) graduate
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Assist with account concerns, billing, and product/service support
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Deliver solutions in line with company policies and standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets
